Too Many Choices

So as you all know....I will be going home this friday, which entails alot of things....
1) I get to see my family!!
2) I get to hold my puppies!!!!!!!!!! :D
3) I get to rest (somewhat)
4) I will be shopping, getting a haircut, getting an oil change....all of those basic things that get kicked out when college over takes your life...haha
5) I WILL HAVE A KITCHEN

So as excited as I am for #1-4 (esp. #2! hehe), #5 is freaking awesome!!!

So I have been preparing for this week of having a kitchen for a while (browsing recipes) and here are a few that I plan on making (or at least want to make):
Chicken a' la King in toast cups
Chocolate Zucchini Muffins
Mini Santa Fe Casseroles
Mac N Cheese....Itzy's Kitchen Style!
Baked Oatmeal (think I could do a single serving size?!)
Spanikopita Burgers
Sweet Potato Bean Burger

AND Of Course I will be making some staples! ....
Sweet Potato Fries (oh how I miss thee!)
Roasted Veggies
Amy's Roasted Vegetable Pizza
Griled Cheese
Ice Cream
Pancakes!

Yea, I know I only have 7 days......I can't possibly consume all of those eats during that time....but you can betcha Im gna do my best! ;)

So What am I missing out on?! Any recipes that you think I should try to fit in during this week?!

I am going to go browse around and add to my Super Eater recipe list :D

Dinner consisted of a PBJ (yum!), prolly an apple (maybe more cereal) later and a big bowl of this (hey I had to write a review for the fabulous http://www.iateapie.net/ ):
IT TASTES LIKE A BROWNIE and the texture is great! BUY IT NOW! I just realized that if you put a small layer of milk in the bottom is tastes like brownie dough when it softens ................can you even imagine it heated up!?!?

hahah No I am not commissioned by Kelloggs!
