A. Yowzers... this is delicious and I don't usually like minty chocolate stuff (this is not minty...it's Christmas-y and you will like it. Trust me! hah)
B. Why am I eating this for breakfast!? It turned on my sweet tooth...which can't be turned off! ;)
So enough of that...let's dive into the first part of my post's title...The Shred. That is right folks. I may be a few months behind some of you other bloggers, but my roommate and I finally bought Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred Workout DVD and knocked out Day 1 last night.
Now, what better way to end your workout than with some CHOCOLATE COVERED FRUIT! Say what?! Just for becoming a fan of edible arrangements on facebook, I got a free box of 6 yummmmay creations. You had to be one of their first 100,000 fans (and I almost didn't make the cut! eeeek!...If I had found out about it earlier, I could have filled you guys in on this schweet promo!).
Ahhh...which to try first!??

I see lots of people doing the 30 day shred too. I may have to look into that for when it rains here this winter and I don't want to leave my house. I have a wii fit for that already, but this sounds like fun too. I love edible arrangements so how cool that you got some samples.
