Arnie gets around!

It’s 7AM and I have no class today…what exactly am I doing up and at 'em? Well, I have LOTS and LOTS of studying to do! However, I always have time to blog, right?! Speaking of blogging…I did my first installment of Tasty Tuesdays HEREcan you guess what product I exploited?! Hehe

SOOO Since I am going to be studying my life away in a few minutes...I'll have some fun with my food for the time being...

Apricot preserves meet MaraNatha PB, who meets Arnie and pretty soon...it's pushing PG-13 ratings!
HONEY we shrunk the kids!...oh wait, we just shrunk the cereal stash...that's legit!
Stacy's Pita Chips has an imposter....World Classics Trading Company...
One of those...sooooo good that my stomach would rather I not buy them again (and eat them in 2 days) kind of thing... ;)
Sabra and Arnie had a crunchy orange sammie fest! They have basically become inseparable! :P Oh Arnie...what a player!!!
The King of all carrots meets the Queen of all Cheese...they reign supreme!
Edible Arrangements Chocolate Dipped Nanner meets Chocolate Pudding Cup... LOVE at First Sight! One date would simply not suffice...
Amy's Chili meets a BIG pile of leafy greens and things get SPICCAY! :D
Penny's Low Fat Desserts Chocolate Chip Cookie meets my eyes (hello PLETHORA of chocolate chips) and my mouth! :D
...150 calories and 3g of fat later, my sweet tooth AND my waistline are in agreement...
Another one of those again soon, please!
OMGGGG! I just got a SERCRET CODE for you...enter EWTEX in the "Enter Special Code" section on Penny's website and get 10% OFF! :D (excludes sampler). HAWT DAWG! JUMP on that!
BTW, I am totally going to have to take my pb lovin' girl's advice to follow hungry girl's recipe! I just need to get a carton of some egg whites and get "cooking"! PLUS, she sammwiched it on an Arnie, so what's not to love?!

Does anyone else have some new creations that I can make with only a microwave and no real sink (I have to use the bathroom sink...let's just say, when I make soup, I have to eat every last bite! haha). It's a challenge, but I have literally been living off of those carrot/hummus sammies when I'm not in the dining hall! YUMM!
Suggestions?!

  1. I'm right with you on the college microwaving reality. A few awesome things:
Sandwich with deli turkey + cream cheese + TJ cranberry apple butter. Tastes just like Thanksgiving.
Microwaved diced apple + runny peanut butter + granola for a quick apple crisp.

  2. Yea, I didn't do so well with just a microwave so I got permission to move into campus housing with a kitchen on the premise that I was one of the only vegetarians on campus at that time and that I had trouble getting appropriate food. Trust me, get a place with a kitchen if they are available on your campus. Oatmeal should work well and other hot cereals. Another idea is to get a crock pot and just plug that in in the dorm room, don't tell though since I think it is a fire hazard in the dorms.
