Well, after seeing that, I was intrigued to make one myself. There was no IceCream or FroYo left, so I scrounged around in the pantry and found Instant Vanilla Pudding. Score! I put ABOUT:
- 1 Cup Milk
- 2T Vanilla Instant Pudding (perhaps a bit more?! Just add it to the right consistency)
- 1T Chocolate Carnation Instant Breakfast
- Lots of Crushed Ice
WOWZERS! It was soooooo good! Although, it was only 9AM. To avoid a sugar crash (and to give myself something to look forward to when my inevitable sweet tooth takes over), I put the creamy creation in a tupperware dish and stuck it in the freezer (yep, I found room! haha). This WILL BE a repeat event......mark my word.

The Grilled Sammie consisted of:
- Lettuce
- Tomato
- All Natural Swiss
- 1/2 batch of tuna salad (made with one can)
Alongside, I had a ripe peach!
Alot of you have been saying that you don't know how I resist eating the whole store. Well, let me preface this by saying that I do eat a few chocolate chips or M&M's that may fall out of the dispenser as I am cleaning from time to time, but not much more than that. ALSO, after cleaning froyo off of walls, floors, etc; eating it right then and there is not the first thing on your mind. However, I have had a few bites here and there. Don't get me wrong, I love froyo as much as I love cereal (and that speaks volumes); but as I'm wiping it off the floor, it's not too appealing in the moment! haha
Anyways, after work, I rushed home to make dinner and relax before SPINNNNNNNNNNNNNNING!, which by the way, was GRRReat tonight! I love my instructor! She involves us in the class and really makes you work!
Beforehand, I ate the remainder of my Cheesecake Factory Salad spritzed with Wishbone Honey Mustard Buzz Salad Spritzers. Alongside I had some hummus, carrots and a slice of leftover brown bread from the Cheesecake Factory (YUM!). It was delightful.
I actually wished it was raining today....haha...there was no free cool down after spinning! Then again, the drive home was much quicker! I was craving some carbs when I got home and knew the perfect thing...........A Holey Donut! I had already dug my fork into the doughy creation and remembered to take a picture last minute! It was so delicious and I almost couldn't wait! ;)
****************
I just had some more carrots and HUMMUS! SERIOUSLY, why has noone informed me just how fabulous this combo is?! I can't get enough. I have Laughing Cow in my fridge that I haven't touched for days. Wait, really?! Let me check. Yep. Wow, that's wierd!
****************
Oh and I just dug into the Tortilla chips for a little munch during SYTYCD! Does anyone else follow this show?! No? What about Next Food Network Star!? It starts this Sunday and I am SOO EXCITED!

I ALMOST FORGOT!!! I WINNER OF THE HOLEY DONUTS GIVEAWAY (after much deliberation by my friend Alexa because they were ALL so catchy!) IS ...........
Ruthie at Learning to Revolve. She said...
My Jingle:
Fluffed and puffed and full of flavor
Holey Donuts are something you can savor!
Easy, peezy, lemon squeezy
Make a choice and open the freezy.
Zap it and before you know

ReplyDeletep.s. I loveee fro yo too! :)
What an indulgent breakfast smoothie!! I bet that was downright refreshing. Vanilla pudding, mmm. How could you go wrong?? :)
ReplyDeleteI can totally see how froyo would be less appealing if you're dealing with it in THAT sort of way every day. But all the same, sneaking toppings sounds yum!
Good point about the fro-yo. I wouldn't want to eat it after cleaning it off the floor either. Awesome pudding breakfast creation!
ReplyDeleteSmoothie sounds heavenly! I worked at Starbucks and yeah...once you have seen stuff dropped all over the floor, etc it's NOT as appealing to eat/drink it. ;)
ReplyDeletehave a fabulous friday and a GREAT weekend!
That smoothie (or milkshake?) looks delicious! Either way, I'm sure it tasted FABBB! Yummy eats all around. YAY for spinning! I am so jealous of your chia winning skills haha. Cannot wait to see what you do with them!!

ReplyDeleteThank you so much for all your spinning help! I feel a lot more prepared for my next class :) I need someone so enthusiastic about spinning to keep me going!
ReplyDeleteI know what you mean about the fro yo. I used to work at a chocolate store in high school. I definitely ate it occasionally but it lot its appeal after awhile. That is over now though, still love chocolate and fro yo- I'm actually eating some right now haha.
