Today was not too busy and I finally finished my History Review! Score! Now I just need to study it.............
Anyways, I am going to give you a quick run-down of my eats today so that I can give you a full report of my stellar dinner concoction!
I was going to add some lettuce, but decided I wanted to enjoy the creamy goodness to the fullest! It was SO good!
- 2 Cloves of Garlic
- 1/4 cup chopped Onion
- 1 cup chopped Red Cabbage
- 1/2 cup chopped Carrot
Then I seasoned with:
- Italian Seasoning
- A Dash of White Pepper (A Small Bit will bring this dish to the next level! :D )
Next, Heat up a frozen veggie burger, chop it up and add it to the frying pan.Lastly add Cream Cheese and Spaghetti/Tomato Sauce (if you use tomato sauce, you will need to add salt/more spices) in a 1:2 ratio, respectively.
Heat the mixture throughout and then add it to the two pepper halves (you could also top the peppers with some more spaghetti sauce here to prevent it from drying out). I had just enough mixture to mound into the pepper halves and still snag a few bites for the cook! OMG You could eat this mixture on it's own in a huge bowl, no problem! So delicious!
Then bake at 375* for 45 minutes and Voila! A most Nutritious and Delicious dinner awaits!
If you want it to look pretty, let it snow! (aka...bring on the Parmesean Cheese!)If things keep going on like this, there will be an N 'n D Recipe Tab soon because these were too delicious not to share!
