Moovayyyyys!

Moovayyys!! haha Did you get that?! Anyways, we went to a drivein that shows 2 Movies for the Price of One. We chose Knowing and State of Play. State of Play was the first to show and it didnt start until 8:40 (thanks to the glowing sun!). State of Play was surprisingly GOOD! It was very suspenseful, mysterious and slightly scarry (Im a baby! haha), but all of it mixed together perfectly! Knowing was okay....It didnt start until past 11:00 (I was SOO tired). Nevertheless, I stayed tuned for a while, but this must have been a low budget film or something because the screen was pitch black half the time with shadows of peoples creepy faces in the background (haha! Ok I dont know if it was low budget...I was just annoyed!). It was almost verging into the realm of Sci-Fi.....meh we left around 12:15. I was falling alseep anyways!
Diet Coke!

Smart Water! If you know me, then you would know why I had this water. It was not because it tasted any different (to me, it didn't) or because it made me feel "cool" (that reminds me of middle/high school! lol). It was because (ounce for ounce) .....
IT was CHEAPER than Dasani! :D We were going to do just snackies during the movie, but who were we kidding! We were Starvin' Marvins! It was so funny because to get these wraps we had to run half way across campus (Alexa and I were running late because we were watching old videos of the two of us on road trips and just goofing around...AND LAUGHING OUR butts OFF!).
Not to mention we had to go to the bathroom soooo bad ......after making our way to the drive-in, through the Looooooong line and into the theater area the previews had already started. Darn! This place has SHORT PREVIEWS! Usually a PLUS! However, we decided to not think twice and RAN from our car to the bathroom and got back RIGHT when the movie started. No Joke! People were staring left and right! It was AWESOME! We are usually super duper early for things! It was fun though! haha
Same wrap....different view! YUMMMM!
Another pack of Almond M&Ms! Movies call for candy and these are my faves! I decided to show you how I eat them. I suck off the chocolate and enjoy every sinful moment and then when it is all gone, I munch away at my favorite nut! The package lasts so long and you get to truly enjoy the almonds and chocolate to their fullest!

BREAKFAST! Yogurt (I cant wait to go home in 2 weeks! And try OIKOS!)and my favorite mix of Annies Cinnabunnies and Honey Roasted Peanuts....I think this was my last bag! :(
We went down to the little convenience store for lunch (because it was closest) which means limited choices. I got a salad (but only ate half...it was ...meh!)
My dressing of choice...
Strawberry Banana Smoothie
Kashis and PB&Co Cinnamon Raisin! :D MMMM Baby!
Ok My laundry is done (yay!), but I need to start studying for my tests this upcoming week and the CLEP test....which I need to take on Tues/Wed! Eeek! So much studying!

Test of Time

Howdy! (Was that enough Texan for you!?!) Today has been pretty good so far! My biology test went surprisingly well, so that's good. I was going to hit up the gym later but I think Alexa and I are just going to hang! I am going tommorrow morning though for another ENERGETIC fix!

*

Breakfast! By the way this banana stood the test of time (although that is not what my title is about! lol). I also had an unpictured & unsweetened iced tea! So refreshing!

I am really not addicted to coffee as my previous post might have implied! I just know how energizing it can be and I think running can do the same (for me! People vary of course!).South Beach Mocha Fiber Fit! Pretty good (minus the few hard bits, probably attributed to the soy protein isolate or something)....However, a bit too high in saturated fat for me?! Owell....When a whole box of something costs you $0.50 you make do! ;)
Look what came hurling across the room today!! As one of my fellow students would put it "It's brownie day!" haha Everyone who gets an A on the test gets one. Of course I had to try a little corner to make sure it was good! :) The rest went into the freezer for another time!!

Friday Sammies!! This baby was FULL of turkey, swiss, lettuce, tomato, green pepper, black olives and honey mustard. After eating this mammoth and drinking a water bottle, I was stuffed to the brim!

****Gilmore Girl's, Keva and Reading Blogs! Does it get any better?!****
Tonight Alexa and I are going to see Knowing and State of Play. I will be bringing snackies to the movies! :D Have you seen either one? What's the verdict?
*

Quote of the day (which makes it sound like I do one every day or something) from my Chemistry Prof as we were starting our review for the final...... (made me laugh! lol)

"There is lots of information that has been crammed into heads for tests that have not survived the test of time!"

For those who use Blogger.....why do my paragraphs get scrunched together.....even though I put spaces inbetween paragraphs, when I click "Publish Post" and look at it, they have all been squished together so I have to put these *annoying asteriks* inbetween them. I really need to switch to wordpress or something this summer when I have more time to figure it all out!

Giveaway?! Check it out!!

ANOTHER Giveaway!

Pre-Movie Snack! LOVE these! First time to have papaya! (which is sad, I know!).

Cure your Coffee Addiction

Are you intrigued? Well, I managed to get out of bed this morning at 7:15 (15 minutes later than planned, but Hey....it was supposed to be my day to sleep in)! Anyways, I went to the gym and did a quick 2 minute warm-up (no time to make it any longer) and managed to run for 22 minutes straight! Whoop! Now, I know I should have gone to 25 and I wish I would have, but honestly, my body was about to stop straight in it's tracks and fly off the treadmill (haha that'd be funny!), so I stopped! 2 minutes longer than my last run though! ;)
*
My title?! Well, I have decided that running in the mornings is so invigorating that you do not even need coffee! haha I know not everyone agrees, but it works for me! Therefore, I started off the morning with some Simply Lemonade with Raspberry and a banana that was screaming...." EAT ME!" The Simply Lemonade was only 11% Juice, so not something I would consume daily or anything!
Lunch was a refreshing salad with romaine, spinach, an egg, sunflower seeds, broccoli and carrots with a small drizzlee of light ranch! Perfect-o!
Snackies (My body was SCREAMING for carbs!) A baggies of Annies Cinnabunnies and Honey Roasted Peanuts (awesome combo!) and a True Delights Bar.
Look at that luciousness! However, (even though the name is "Chocolate Raspberry Almond" Bar) I only found ONE Almond.....which is my favorite nut....and it made me sad!

SOOOOOOOO I rectified my issues with some Almond M&M's (like my train of thought? I do! lol)
And What is in store for dinner you may ask? Well lookie here:
ONE GUY'S PIZZA! :D

I need to go study for my BIO test (which is tommorrow)! Alexa is picking me up at 6 to go play some ping pong.....then dinner.....then church! I hope to check up on blogs tommorrow!!

EDITED: NO PIZZA TONIGHT! There was a thunderstorm warning/watch and all of my complex ended up in the basement. Long story short, we didnt think we could get out and about, so I munched on Kashi Crackers with PB&Co., fruit, cheese stick, carrots and CHERRIOS!! :D

TOMMORROW IS FRIDAY! :D

That should lift your spirits!

P.S.

Stef gof it right! GILMORE GIRLS! Come on now peeps!

A Day in the Life of.....

A snacky girl!

My Wednesday morning started out with a juicy Gala Apple and a trek across campus.

And to keep me awake during POLS....a delicious smelling (and tasting) Fiber One Bar!
After Chemistry, I headed to the Student Union to finalize/practice for my Biology presentation later on. I munched on this bad boy along the way!
While I was in the computer lab, I enjoyed my inventive combo of Honey Roasted Peanuts and Annie's Cinnabunnies! :D
During my BIO lecture, I had about 1/4 cup of Bear Naked Trail Mix Granola~ Another Nutritious and (very) delicious snack!
So our partner did not show up in BIO lab today. She emailed my teacher 3 minutes before the class and told her she was sick (responsible?!). Our teacher was very nice and told us we could come in to make it up Friday or Monday. Let's hope our group can get a hold of her to set up a time! I also hope she feels better~

I caught up with Alexa and grabbed a salad after watching everyone else present their presentations. I needed some greens!

However, I also needed some chocolate~ :) Kristen and I ventured over to the gelato shop and grabbed a 93% fat free scoop of happiness. I tried the chocolate and found a hershey's kiss buried in the middle of the scoop! Delightful surprise!

After saying goodbye to Kristen, I went to an office in the Student Union to talk with a very nice lady who talked to me about the scholarship I was offered. Apparently there were 600 entries and only about 57 people selected! I feel so blessed.

Then I ran home to change and now Im off to the gym! Don't worry my day is not over yet and I will finish this post when I get back from din! Tata for now!

It's a Fiesta! Why has it taken me so long to order these babies! Black Bean Tacos! :D

Yogurt! I stillllll can't find Oikos, but if worse comes to worse I KNOW that we have it back home! And I will be going home in less than 3 weeks! :D **big smile**
